Sean has always been passionate about art and its ability to inspire creativity and self-expression. With a background in fine arts and art history, Sean has taught art for 26 years, helping students develop their skills and confidence. His journey into online teaching began after realising how technology could make art education more accessible, allowing students to learn and create from anywhere in the world.
Teaching art online is different from a traditional classroom, but it brings unique advantages. Through interactive lessons, demonstrations, and personalised feedback, Sean tailors his approach to each student’s needs. While some may think teaching younger children online is more difficult, he finds that with engaging activities and the right tools, children adapt quickly and thrive in a virtual creative space.
Outside of teaching, Sean loves climbing and spending time with his family. He finds joy in seeing his students grow as artists, experiment with new techniques, and gain confidence in their creativity. Sean’s goal is to make art education fun, accessible, and inspiring for learners of all ages.
