Marta was always ambitious to become a Maths teacher. Her mother and five of her aunts and uncles all teach Maths, and she grew up with a passion for the subject and its applications to real life. Now, Marta is delighted to be teaching Maths online at Wendover. She finds that students are more comfortable learning online, and not afraid of asking questions “

I get to know my online students well and can adapt each lesson for them. They are more confident to take part in the lesson, and they gain a better understanding of Maths topics as a result.”

Teaching online also allows Marta to achieve a better work life balance and spend more time with her daughter. As a creative person, Marta loves to knit, sew or make soft toys with crochet, as well as enjoying long walks in the countryside. Fortunately, animals also make her happy, as she lives on a farm surrounded by cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs and donkeys!
