Jenny worked as a Graphic Designer, Sub-editor, and Marketing Communications Executive in Cambridgeshire, before she went on to study Business and Economics at Loughborough University. Her diverse real-world experience creates a solid foundation and today, with more than 16 years as an experienced secondary school teacher and examiner, Jenny is excited to be part of the Wendover team.
“Following my relocation to North-east England, I developed online teaching skills while working with Durham University International Business Centre. Having been the Programme Leader for A-level Business & Economics at Sunderland Sixth Form/Football Academy, I’m familiar with the needs of students who have specific sporting commitments.”
Jenny encourages her students to take responsibility for their learning, engage in wider reading, and conduct their studies so they are fully prepared for higher education, the world of work/business and life in general. “It gives me immense satisfaction to see the progress made every step of the way and the smiles on their faces from the success their hard work and focus brings.”
When Jenny isn’t teaching, she is exploring the local coasts and wandering the countryside, or painting florals and producing mixed media creations for her side-line business. “I just love nature,” she says.
