Jordan has been interested in IT since school, and has worked both in the school environment and at a London start-up, learning new systems and how to support IT remotely.
“Working online is a lot more productive,” says Jordan. “You’re able to get on with projects and tasks without needing to jump around or been interrupted by users coming to your office!”
Jordan is always on hand to help with technical issues, whether it is talking end users through practical steps, or sorting out issues with an application or software. “It makes me happy when I can make our students’ or teachers’ experience better. What I do in the background is helping users have a more enjoyable time teaching and learning!”
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys taking his two children to the park or beach, playing football or just messing around. “I don’t like being still, I always want to keep doing something and improving within work or life.”
